Emails go unanswered and the voicemail on the phone number is always full. So, the 30-day refund policy is a crock of nonsense too if you can’t reach these people. That’s because they are in China, not Miami as advertised. Instructions written in broken English. Product took forever to get here, not 3-5 days as the ad says. Please do not buy this. It’s junk. I’m so aggravated. Bought one for each of my 3 kids for Christmas.
